A Great Prince, a Jovian rank, at the head of 60 legions, with no documented historical antecedent behind the name. His manifestation is among the most precise in the catalogue: the face of a leopard and the wings of a griffin, and the form of an exceedingly handsome man when ordered to show himself. His whole competence is erotic: he inflames desire between men and women and makes them strip naked. He is best read in his context, that of the grimoires of love and coercion that circulated alongside the Goetia; much of the catalogue answers everyday demands - desire, money, revenge - rather than metaphysical or theological ambitions.
