Jinete hermosísimo sobre un caballo alado, Seere, escrito también Sear o Seir, destaca por su velocidad: va y viene en un abrir y cerrar de ojos y trae cosas desde cualquier lugar. No conviene afirmar una etimología, pues la coincidencia gráfica con topónimos bíblicos no está documentada como origen. El texto le da el grado de príncipe, que asocia a Júpiter, y veintiséis legiones. Se le encargaba recuperar objetos, descubrir robos y localizar tesoros ocultos, tareas de traslado y hallazgo más que de conocimiento. El manuscrito subraya algo poco común: es de buena naturaleza y no perjudica a quien lo llama.

A rider of great beauty on a winged horse, Seere, written also Sear or Seir, stands out for his speed: he comes and goes in the twinkling of an eye and brings things from any place. No etymology should be asserted, since the graphic coincidence with biblical place names is not documented as an origin. The text gives him the grade of Prince, which it associates with Jupiter, and twenty-six legions. He was charged with recovering objects, uncovering thefts and locating hidden treasure, tasks of carriage and finding rather than of knowledge. The manuscript stresses something uncommon: he is of a good nature and does no harm to the one who calls him.
