Three letters and the suffix -EL, proper to divine power, form Rochel, "God who sees all", within the series kabbalah extracts from Exodus 14:19-21. He is counted among the Angels, the rank that in Pseudo-Dionysius attends closely to each person, with Gabriel at their head, from 1 to 5 March. He is invoked to recover what is lost or stolen and to make an inheritance good. Decarabia, his counterpart, appears as a star and shows birds that seem alive: deceptive appearance against sight that does not err.
