Its name joins three letters of the seventy-two-letter name to the suffix -EL, a sign of divine power; it means "God the patient." Lenain places it among the Dominions, who distribute the offices of the hierarchy in Pseudo-Dionysius, under Tsadkiel, from 18 to 22 August. It is invoked for fruitfulness and against a sorrow that will not lift. Its Goetic pair is Forneus, the marquis who confers a good name and makes a man loved by his enemies: reputation manufactured against spirit restored.
