The ending -IAH, associated in the tradition with the merciful aspect of the divine name, seals here the three letters taken from the seventy-two-letter versions of the Shem HaMephorash: "God hidden." Lenain numbers it among the Seraphim, the choir that in Pseudo-Dionysius burns nearest the throne, under Metatron, from 5 to 9 April. Practice calls upon it in travel and to unmask those who betray in secret. Its Goetic counterpart is Samigina, the marquis who answers for the souls of those dead in sin: hiddenness that shelters against hiddenness that speaks.
