Tres letras del Shemhamphorash y la terminación -IAH, que la tradición vincula con la misericordia, componen un nombre traducido «Dios que da alegría». Su coro es el de las Potestades, encargadas en Pseudo-Dionisio de contener el desorden, con Camael como arcángel regente, del 13 al 17 de septiembre. Se le invoca por la paz doméstica y la reconciliación entre parientes enfrentados. Frente a él, Marchosias, marqués combatiente y fuerte en la pelea: pugna sostenida contra tregua en la casa.

Three letters of the Shem HaMephorash and the ending -IAH, which the tradition links to mercy, compose a name rendered "God who gives joy." Its choir is that of the Powers, charged in Pseudo-Dionysius with restraining disorder, with Camael as governing archangel, from 13 to 17 September. It is invoked for peace in the household and for reconciliation among estranged kin. Facing it stands Marchosias, a marquis given to combat and strong in the fight: sustained quarrel against a truce at home.
