The three letters that fall to it in the seventy-two-letter name close with -EL, the suffix that in the tradition signals power rather than clemency: "God the preserver." It belongs to the Cherubim, the choir that guards divine science according to Pseudo-Dionysius, under Raziel, from 26 to 31 May. It is invoked for justice, for truth in judgement and for the protection of the oppressed.
