The name arises by the same kabbalistic procedure — three letters from the seventy-two-letter versions derived from Exodus 14:19-21 — and ends in -IAH, the suffix of mercy; it means "God who receives sinners." It belongs to the Thrones, who uphold judgement according to Pseudo-Dionysius, governed by Tsaphkiel, from 22 to 26 June. Firm memory and intelligence for study are asked of it. Its counterpart is Sallos, the duke who kindles love between man and woman: desire that disorders against understanding that orders.
